Terms of Service

Last updated: May 16, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Invotory platform.

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Invotory ("we", "us", "our"), operated from Amman, Jordan. By accessing or using the Invotory platform at invotory.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using Invotory on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Accounts and access

To use Invotory, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with unauthorized persons.
  • Immediately notify us if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Permitted use

Invotory provides invoicing, inventory management, expense tracking, and related business tools. You may use the service to:

  • Manage invoices, quotes, purchase orders, and payments for your business.
  • Track products, inventory movements, and stock levels.
  • Record expenses and manage expense approval workflows.
  • Manage team members with role-based permissions within your workspace.
  • Generate business reports and export data.

4. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

  • Use Invotory for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to access other users' workspaces, data, or accounts without authorization.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the service.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the service without our written permission.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt or harm the service or other users.

5. Billing and subscriptions

Invotory offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@invotory.com within 14 days of a charge for refund requests.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Invotory. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data solely to provide the service.

You may export your data at any time using the export features provided in the application. Upon account deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

Invotory, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, brand assets, or proprietary technology.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Invotory platform without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

Invotory is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet specific business, tax, or legal compliance requirements in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for verifying that invoices, calculations, and records produced by Invotory are accurate before relying on them for business, accounting, or tax decisions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Invotory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Invotory shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amman, Jordan.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with updated Terms, you may terminate your account.
